For over 25 years the senior high youth group at Ingomar United Methodist Church has been traveling to Philippi, West Virginia to help the families of that area by remodeling, rebuilding or replacing their homes to improve their quality of life. FISH is working in conjunction with Heart and Hand Ministries of Barbour County, West Virginia.
