  • A Caring, Nuturing Environment

    NAEYC Accreditation

We believe that young children grow best in body, mind, and spirit within a safe, nurturing environment that is responsive to their needs, abilities, and interests. Within this carefully structured environment, our teachers and staff will support and direct children's interactions with people, objects, experiences, and ideas. All interactions with children will reflect a genuine respect for each child as a unique and precious gift from God. We hope that each child will grow in confidence, independence, and self-esteem as we encourage their individuality and help them make discoveries about themselves and their world.

    Safe Sanctuaries

The Ingomar Child Enrichment Center adheres to the Safe Sanctuaries Policy of The United Methodist Church. All Ingomar Child Enrichment Center staff have Child Abuse Clearances and regular CPR and first aid training. All Ingomar Child Enrichment Center teaching staff work together in teams.

The Ingomar Child Enrichment Program is accredited by The National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC). Parents can be assured that children attending NAEYC accredited programs are not only safe and protected, but also experience an environment that enhances their overall development. Accreditation offers directors and teachers guidelines for professional practice and gives parents a system for identifying superior programs. In compliance with our NAEYC accreditation, all Ingomar Childe Enrichment Center teachers have degrees in early childhood education, elementary education, early childhood development, or related fields.
